Tax Policy
Cousteau School is a registered Canadian charity and can issue charitable tax receipts. If entrance tickets are included with your donation, a charitable tax receipt can be issued less the benefit value of the tickets, as defined by the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) guidelines.
Charitable tax receipts cannot be issued for corporate sponsorship when the sponsor gains a marketing or advertising value, as defined by the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) guidelines.
